Revisionist History: Unlocked and Unloaded | Cascade PBS Ideas Festival
Revisionist History is Malcolm Gladwell’s journey through the overlooked and the misunderstood. Every episode re-examines something from the past - an event, a person, an idea, even a song - and asks whether we got it right the first time. Because sometimes the past deserves a second chance. This live edition is the culmination of a six-part series from Revisionist History covering everything Americans get wrong about guns. Gladwell hosts a conversation with gun control activist David Hogg and trauma surgeon Babak Sarani.

We saw 2 collared grizzlies in Eureka Creek, north of Mazama in late '70's. If grizzlies could survive there now, they'd be there. Ample in B.C. to repopulate. Releasing more will only dilute the genetics. That's WDFW excuse for not increasing other wildlife with plantings.

Can someone use AI to regenerate Dave broadcasting the Mariners today please? He was right when he said nothing will compare to 1995, even if we won a world series. I will say though that we had a chance to do it in 2022 when we beat the Blue Jays and went down 0-2 to Houston, and then went 0-0 into extras. Had we won that game and went on to beat the stros, which obviously we did not, that would have been the closest thing to ‘95.

A rock in Washington matches a rock in Europe. Does that prove that the rock now in Washington was once in Europe? Or does it prove that the rock in Europe was once in Washington? Or does it show that both rocks were formed in the same way in different places? Or...does it prove nothing at all?

I feel very lucky that I got to see them in concert in 2011. The venue in San Diego was decently filled out, but my friend and I saw closer, unfilled seats right above the orchestra section and snuck over lol. We screamed so much when we saw Keith that the women in front of us, a girl and her mom, turned to smile at us. They told us that they would make sure to pass on our enthusiasm to Keith after the concert and revealed that they were the wife and daughter of George Donaldson that we all remember and love. When he passed a few years later, my friend and I played the Heritage concert over and over to reminisce. Such lovely people. We were screaming in their ears, in stolen seats, and they were so sweet to us.

OMG I took dance with Sevilla Fort from elementary school to high school when I lived in New York. I remember taking the train all the way to 42nd St. and going to this walk up studio but loved it spent all day there she used to teach primitive and we used to have this line with the drummer playing coming down the line. it took you to another dimension. You just felt it while you were dancing. It was the best that’s why I learned to dance. I’m not a dancer now, but Dancing has helped me my coordination lots of things that happened in my life and I loved it. I wonder why she wasn’t given the recognition that she deserved

As. Child my sisters and I took dance glasses with her and at her studio in Manhattan. For $1.25 for entire day we would take Ballet, African, and my sisters took tap. We spent the day there on Saturdays and at the end of the day we would help Miss Fort in the studio. I remember taking classes with Harry Belafonte, Butterfly McQueen, Arthur Mitchell; who came to take her classes. The classes were not segregated by talent or ability, we all took the class together. I am 68 us old now, and it’s one of my most cherish memories.

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. In this action was the action good or bad? It is in individual intubation. I for one think the good out weight the bad, even with the devastation to the environment. Time will tell. thank you ALL stay safe
